Please read the following informations very carefully:

As of 1 September 2021, our accommodation facilities will be obliged to record the data of our guests in an accommodation management software with the help of a document scanner and to transmit them to the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA). The VIZA is an IT repository created by the Hungarian Tourism Agency, which, in addition to the digitalisation of the sector, is primarily intended for crime prevention purposes. When checking in at our accommodation, we use a document scanner to record the necessary data in our accommodation management software for each guest using the service.

In the absence of this document, our accommodation will refuse to provide accommodation services.

Please take this into account when you arrive and do not forget to bring your ID card/passport, as children and babies will also be required to have their documents scanned.

Information:

• We would like to inform our guests, that inside pools (Spa) and the saunas are open again, inside pools are open as well.
• The entrace fee to the Spa in included in the accomodation prices. Our guests can use the pools on the chech-out day until 3 p.m
• We give our guests watches for the Spa upon arrival, and we ask for 1000 HUF deposit/watch.
• The Spa is open every day from 9 a.m to 7.30 pm.
